A coworking space in Cogoleto (Genoa)

A coworking space for companies and professionals.

Our Factory is a coworking space located in Cogoleto, near Genoa, where entrepreneurs, creative workers, and professionals can work in an open environment, develop innovative ideas, take inspiration from the work of others, and create lasting relationships for the development of new business opportunities.

More than an office, this is an actual open-plan facility. On the one hand, it hosts the operational HQs of some investee companies such as Think FWD Group, Bottega Ligure, and Cala Loca. On the other hand, it is also a coworking space where SMEs and StartUps can work in synergy to build a professional community. The Factory building, completely refurbished, stands on about 250 square meters, which we chose, not by chance, to position in Cogoleto (GE), Liguria, a few steps from the sea.

Cogoleto is an Italian town located in the west of the Ligurian Riviera. An ancient village of fishermen, sailors, and navigators, it is today a seaside tourist resort. The place boasts its typical sandy and pebble beaches, a long sea promenade characterized by flowers, and the Mediterranean scrub that embraces the entire village reaching into the pine forest of Arenzano and the Piani di Invrea.
